This person will manage all aspects of our small working farm while working with and supervising individuals with disabilities during their participation in caring for the animals, farm, and garden.
Our small working farm needs outbuilding upgrades, and someone that can work independently with some construction knowledge is needed.
We have a small herd of miniature heifers, we raise our own pork and eggs.
The Lighthouse is on 40 acers, with three pastures.
The home is 10,000 square feet with another smaller home on the property.
We are in rural Somers, MT with beautiful mountain views, it is an amazing setting.
Our new farm manager will be responsible for the maintenance of the homes as well as our small fleet of vehicles.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, this job will be mostly full-time although obviously will get slow in the winter.
Our wages are DOE.
