As a Customer Service Representative at Mountain Meadow Herbs, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring high-quality assistance and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Your goal will be to contribute to customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships through outstanding customer service.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax in a timely manner Assist customers with order entry, tracking shipments, and process returns or exchanges professionally and accurately Help customers with accurate up to date product selection and information to meet their unique needs Resolve customer complaints, issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner This position is not compatible with working remotely.
The team member must be able to work on-site.
